One thing I run across with alarming frequency is how often creationists like to grab alternative cosmologies... any alternative cosmologies... just to fling them at science.

The amazing "The Sun Is Not A Star" page misappropriates Plasma Universe cosmology under "IV. CURRENT SECULAR SCIENTIFIC EVIDENCE".

Answers in Genesis steals some common alternative cosmology arguments, and points to Lerner's "Open letter to the scientific community".

Never mind that alternative cosmologies do not help their position in any way other than flinging feces. Arp/Narlikar models or QSSC or plasma are I dare say even less compatible with creationism than Big Bang theory is. At least the Big Bang has a fiat lux moment of sorts.

Poke these folks in the eye if you see them.
